Surfacing is my second specialization.
What I enjoy most about this field is manipulating shaders to best recreate the desired material and its physical reaction to light and environment. I love working with various maps (displacement, transmission, etc.) as well as procedural textures (like noise) to achieve the perfect texture for an object or character. I also greatly enjoy creating my own textures using tools like Painter or Designer. Surfacing is a field rich in creativity. Being able to translate reality through a computer, using just a few brushes or mouse clicks, is a fascinating challenge. My goal is to keep refining my surfacing skills to create increasingly detailed and specific textures and shaders tailored to the materials I want to design.
